This study aimed to identify the concept of training and to show the impact of the training process on the performance of workers in the Syrian Refugee Affairs Directorate in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample of 160 employees representing 32% of the population of the study.

The study revealed that the evaluation of employees to the applied training process in all its dimensions collection and individual , was positive.

There is also a statistically significant positive correlation (a=0.05) between the dimensions of training and the performance of human resources in the Syrian Refugee Affairs Directorate.

Based on the findings of the study, proposals were presented in line with these proposals conclusions.

The most important of these is the constant work on evaluating performance to be a feedback that contributes to improving the performance of employees by introducing training programs that simulate the training needs of the employees, conducting more training courses because of its positive impact on improving the performance of employees.
