As such, we intend, through this essay, to present a set of propositions likely to highlight the physical aspect of the tonic and prosodic sequences that conveys the linearity of the oral discourse, also we estimate to approach its functional and phonological dimensions and their involvement in building meaning and meaning through the construction of oral speech.
