This article is a part of the perspective of setting up a teaching of fictional texts in initial training of specialty’s language.

It focuses on the pedagogical interest of fiction to professional substrate (FASP).

We have analyzed the potential of this new genre in order to highlight its major strengths and to show how the literature could be a useful tool for learning specialty languages and how the use of literature would enable specialized discourse to escape from formal and terminological framework of the field of specialization to conceive it in all its diversity and cultural complexity.

Cet article entre dans la perspective d’une mise en place d’un enseignement de textes de fiction en formation initiale en langue de spécialité.

Il porte essentiellement sur l’intérêt pédagogique de la fiction à substrat professionnel (FASP).

Nous avons essayé à travers lequel de mettre l’accent sur l’analyse du potentiel de ce nouveau genre afin de mettre en lumière ses atouts majeurs et de montrer comment la littérature pourrait être un outil utile à l’apprentissage des langues de spécialité et comment le recours à la littérature permettrait au discours spécialisé d’échapper au cadre formel et terminologique du domaine de spécialisation pour le concevoir dans toute sa diversité et sa complexité culturelle.
