Today the world is undergoing a phase of transformations and rapid changes at various levels, so that yesterday's ideas of management and organization are not suited to the challenge of the future,Therefore, it was incumbent on those concerned to research new and innovative intellectual methods capable of creativity and excellence.

And there is an urgent need to activate the role of creativity in thinking by linking it to administrative experience in administrative work.The aim of the research was to study the reality of the ability to innovate in thinking and to find the relationship between it and the managerial experience of administrative bodies working in clubs and sports associations for the effectiveness of handball in the central and southern regions of the country.The research concluded that these leaders have a proficient level of creativity in thinking, which contributes to building their managerial and leadership capacities.The researchers recommended the importance of developing the creative skills of their managerial leaders so that they can ensure the success of their organizations strategically and consistently the superiority of them, as well as the need to pay attention to building a strong and strong relationship between creative thinking abilities and management and leadership experiences.
