Laboratories study conducted on college of women education-University of Tikrit to distinction quality and quantity of Capsicum annum, Rosmarins officinalis and Heliotrpium eropeaum Plants ingredients and its role on controlling some plant pathogenic fungi and effect the plant extracts on the growth plant pathogenic fungi Fusarium oxysporum and Alternaria alternate, chemical analysis results by High performance Liquid Chromotographyte (HPLC) apparatuse showed that C.annuum plant contain alkaloids: 4-o-4-m-2- pentanine (44.94%), Nonivamide (26.40%), Capsicin (28.49%) and R.
fficinalis contain the following compunds: Carnosol (55.58%), Carnosonic acid (14.28%), Rosmanol (10.43%) and Carnosol-p-quinone(19.96%), while H.eropeam contain the following alkaloids: Indicine (4.44%), Supinine (10.81%), Indicine-N- oxide (11.09%), Heleurine (5.78%), Heliotrine (53.83%) and Lindelofidine (14.03%) ,aqoues extract 75 and100% concentration of C.annuum plant extract and H.
eropeaum showed full inhibition reached to100% by 100% plant extract concentrate, while R.
officinalis showed 81.67% inhibition on F.
oxysporum growth at 100% plant extract concentration.
The inhibitor effect on growth A.
alternata ranges between (50.66-66.70%) when plant extract used at 100% concentration
