The purpose of this research is to reveal the effectiveness of the narrative based Design of information presentation in educational virtual museums, in the development of cognitive achievement, and the reflective thinking skills of students of the second year, Instructional Technology Dept., to reach this goal, the researchers set up a list of criteria for designing a narrative-based design of information presentation in educational virtual museums in the current research, The researchers used the developmental research approach, which deals with systems analysis and development through the Abdelatif Elgazzar ISD model (2014).

The research sample consisted of (8) female students, the experimental design, known as one group design, was used with pre and post measurement, appropriate statistical processing methods were applied using SPSS V.20, The results revealed that: narrative-based design of information of the research presentation in educational virtual museums was effective in the development of the cognitive achievement of the e-course "Digital image production and processing" and reflective thinking skills of students of the second year, Instructional Technology Dept.
