الملخص EN

In this paper, a generation and analysis of mobile phone signal in the frequency range, 950 MHz and 1800 MHz was presented.

The mobile signals have been generated with different values of power, -30dBm up to 30dBm, using Radio frequency generator type CWHP83712B.

The generated signal transmitted by horn antenna with coaxial cable, then detected by a synthesized CW generator as a spectrum analyzer HP8592L with another horn antennas as a receiver.

The generated power tabulated with the required RMS voltage which can be used to calibrate the system to detect the required signal related to the power and the frequency, and the specific absorption rate ( SAR) of the system can be calculated to calibrate the system as a source of electromagnetic radiation.

Also, the results illustrate the relation between temperature and exposure time for the two frequencies.
