The aim of the research is to identify the reality and trends of doping among young people, and to plan psychological counseling in accordance with Albert Ellis's emotional and rational therapy theory to modify positive attitudes towards doping.

The results followed statistical analysis using (SPSS) program.

There was a positive trend towards doping, and the effectiveness of rational, behavioral and behavioral intervention was shown to modify the trends of the pilot sample towards doping.
