Islamic Bonds occupies a prominent position in the Islamic financial market and is one of the most important elements in this sector for its contribution in financing various investments and economic projects.

Therefore, this research has highlighted the concept and types of Islamic Bonds and the various positive effects it has on the related parties.

To address the conditions of their issuance and the various ways of issuance these Islamic tools.

In order to achieve the objectives of this research, we have studied the Malaysian experience, which is a pioneer in the issuance and circulation of Islamic Bonds In order to understand the most important factors for the success of this experience; we have to recognize the emergence and concept of the Bonds Islamic financial market in Malaysia.

The Shari'a Law should therefore refer to the most important element in the issuance of these instruments: the Shari'ah committees that were established with the aim of setting standards and conditions for issuing and circulating.

We also collected and analyzed various information and statistics, which helped us draw conclusions and recommendations about this experience
