The aim of the current study was to identify the proposed framework for the application of systemic thinking in the management of private secondary schools in Palestine.

It also aimed to identify the degree of staff assessment of systemic thinking in the management of private secondary schools in the Gaza Strip from their point of view and to find if there were differences between the mean estimates attributed to the following variables (sex _ scientific qualification _ type of job_ years of experience).

The descriptive approach was used to describe the phenomenon, analyze its data and show the relationship between its components.

The study population and its sample consisted of all teachers and administrators (81) for the academic year 2017/2018.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire as an appropriate tool consisting of (53) paragraphs.

The tool was applied on a survey sample of (20) members of the study community with the aim of ascertaining the validity and reliability.

The survey sample was excluded from the study population and its sample in the final application of the tool.

Results were analyzed and data were distributed through the use of the statistical program for social sciences (SPSS), and after the analysis, the study reached the following main findings: the lack of management of private secondary schools in the Gaza Strip to systemic thinking, and there are no significant differences on the application of systemic thinking In the schools attributed to the sex variable, scientific qualification, job title and years of experience, and then the researcher formulate the proposed scenario for the application of systemic thinking in the management of private secondary schools in Palestine.

In light of these findings, the study recommended the need to conduct in-depth studies on the challenges that hinder the functioning of systemic thinking in schools and the development of awareness towards systemic relations through advanced media.
