Knowledge management has been a preoccupation in the world since the beginning of this century.
It came about with the advent of globalization, rapid technological advances and information and communication technologies, which constitute a source of knowledge.

This type of management must, however, be based on a flexible organization that encourages learning and sharing of knowledge.
Our research carried out at the level of the SEROR Tlemcen will allow us to know the interest carried by the latter, considered as one of the big companies of the region, whose craft lives of the technical and technological evolutions continuous and fast, with this type of management.
الملخص FRE
Le management des savoirs est une préoccupation apparue dans le monde dès le début de ce siècle, celle-ci est survenue avec l’avènement de la mondialisation, des avancées technologiques rapides et des technologies de l’information et de la communication qui constituent une source de procuration, de partage et de stockage des savoirs.
Ce type de management doit cependant, reposer sur une organisation souple qui encourage l’apprentissage et le partage des connaissances.
Notre recherche effectuée au niveau de la SEROR Tlemcen nous permettra de connaitre l’intérêt porté par cette dernière, considérée comme l’une des grandes entreprises de la région, dont le métier vit des évolutions techniques et technologiques continus et rapides, à ce type de management.
