Illegal migration has a variety of effects, both positive and negative, for each of the countries that export or receive the emigration.

This is in several aspects, whether social, economic or other, that affect the security and stability of the countries and the resulting problems both for the exporting countries and the receiving countries From the emergence of social scourges such as violence and the destruction of minorities, trafficking in human beings and gangs, the emergence of mafias, etc., for receiving countries, and on the other hand, the economic effects of exporting countries as a result of the shortage of skilled labor and other causes and thus damage to the country of origin of illegal immigrants.

In this paper, we try to shed light on the implications of illegal immigration and to highlight this important aspect in view of the danger that threatens the public security of countries due to this phenomenon, which has become evident on the international scene.

A good example of this is from South Africa to Algeria, Whose terms have been confused with the term refugees displaced by security reasons or between the term illegal immigrants, who consider Algeria as a transit point for their original destination, the European countries.
