Deaf people inhabit a rich sensory world where vision and touch are a primary means of spatial awareness and orientation.

Many use sign language, a visualkinetic mode of communication and maintain a strong cultural identity built around these sensibilities and shared life experiences.

Our built environment, largely constructed by and for hearing individuals, presents a variety of surprising challenges to which deaf people have responded with a particular way of altering their surroundings to fit their unique ways-of-being.

The great development in the use of electronic means and global information network has had an effective impact on the functioning of the teacher and learner in educational fields, became the era of web-based information, which swept through the various fields midday so-called virtual learning or e-learningthis research the concept of educational process with multiple inputs and outputs, and how is the crisis of education in all of its institutions through the use of virtual learning and adaptability.

This new style of education can build a virtual environment and virtual deafspace
