The crime of financing terrorism is a new crime since it’s a new shape of criminality.

It’s some kind of terrorism crimes that due to its danger, it has always been associated with some crimes notably money-laundering.

These were noticed in the Kuwaiti and Algerian law on the combat against laundering of money and terrorism financing.

Because of its international dimension, it became the theme of conferences and international meetings.

The seriousness in terms of fighting this crime does not naturally stop on the provision of it in both Algerian and Kuwaiti legislation, but by developing mechanisms in order to fight it or at least preventing its future increase especially after the extent of this crime just after the events of the United States of America of 11
