The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of customers satisfaction in the relationship between social responsibility and innovation in Khartoum State firms The study adopted the descriptive method and depended on the improbability sample whereas a total number of 354 questionnaires had been distributed whereas 251 of them had been retrieved with a response rate of 71% The study used the Alpha Cronbach test in order to test the reliability of the data also the study model and hypotheses had been built and developed depending on the literature of previous studies Moreover the study used the factor analysis technique; besides the structural equation model to test its hypotheses The study findings revealed that no relationship exists between the dimensions of social responsibility and innovation Furthermore customers satisfaction cannot explain the relationship between social responsibility and innovation The study calls for intensifying the social responsibility activities as well as working for meeting both customers need and community to achieve the competitive advantage
