دور تكنولوجيا إدارة المعرفة في تحسين جودة مخرجات مؤسسات التعليم العالي : دراسة تطبيقية على الجامعات السودانية في ولاية الخرطوم في الفترة 2012 م-2015 م

This study aimed to reveal the role of knowledge management technology in improving outputs quality of the higher education institutions, applied in some of Sudanese universities in Khartoum State.

The study used the descriptive analytical and historical methods.

The population of the study consisted of (2218) members of teaching staff in some of Sudanese universities in Khartoum State; specifically Khartoum University, Sudan University of Science and Technology, and Al-Néelain University.

The purposive quota sampling method is used to select (221) staff members, which represent 10% of entire population; whereas the sample include the following ranks: Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, and Professors.

The questionnaire was designed to collect data; whereas (221) questionnaires were distributed and (186) were retreived, which represents about 86.4% of the sample size as valid data for analysis.

Sevral statistical methods had been used such as analytical statistics (frequency distribution and percentages); and descriptive statisitics(pearson correlation, coefficient, spearman equation, retail midterm way, simple linear regression, and simple linear correlation).

The study important findings indicated that the knowledge management technologfy is a relatively new field.

Furthermore, the existence of a significant statistical relationship between knowledge management technology and improving the overall universities outputs quality.

The study calls for the application of the concept of knowledge management technology in Sudanese universities; as well as the need to conduct future researches about the role of knowledge management technology in developing the human resources in Sudanese universities.
