The secret is closely related to private life as an aspect of personal freedom, and everyone has the right to keep his secret in his heart.

He has the will to tell others about it and those who are told about it must keep it.

The privacy of the secret is a duty imposed by the rules of religion, the rules of ethics and the principles of honor and honesty.

This is because its disclosure is a despicable act that involves a betrayal of confidence and offense of personal freedom.

And to clarify the subject of criminal liability arising from the disclosure of the secret of the profession, this study was divided into two parts.

The first part dealt with the concept of professional secrets, and it is divided into two sections where we discussed the definition and types of professional secrets and drew on the notion of disclosure and its types.

The second part of this study dealt with the question of criminal responsibility and explained the elements of the crime of disclosing professional secrets, in addition to specifying its penalty.

We concluded the research with a set of findings and recommendations that we have reached through this study.
