الملخص العربي

يُعد غريب الألفاظ من الثروات العلمية التي يزخ بها تراثنا العربي في شتى المجالات ؛ و ذلك لعدة أسباب من أهمها قلة استعمال بعض الألفاظ، فتنسى شيئا فشيئا مع تقدم الزمن، وتقع بذلك في دائرة الغريب، و قد ورد غريب الألفاظ عند كثير من المؤلفين الأفذاذ في مؤلفاتهم، و من أبرزهم الإمام الشافعي - رحمه الله ..

فقد برع في الفقه واللغة معا و ورد عنه كثير من الألفاظ الغريبة في مؤلفاته، و قد أوردها الأزهري في كتابه (الزاهر في غريب ألفاظ الإمام الشافعي) مقشرة و مشروحة.

و يتوقف هذا البحث عند القضايا الدلالية الواردة في كتاب الأزهري، و يقوم على دراسة تحليلية وصفية من منظور علم الدلالة، و معتمدا على كتب غريب الألفاظ و كتب علم الدلالة، للكشف عن الثروة الدلالية عند الإمام الشافعي و قد تكون هذا البحث من تمهيد و فصلين و خاتمة ؛ ففي التمهيد عرفت بالإمام الشافعي و بينت مكانته العلمية و الأدبية، و تعرضت لأهم مؤلفاته الفقهية، كما عرفت بالأزهري صاحب الفضل في جمع غريب اللفظ عند الشافعي و تناولت جهوده المعجمية و اللغوية، فعرجت على كتابه ( الزاهر في غريب ألفاظ الإمام الشافعي ، وكتابه ( التهذيب ) بفقرة موجزة)، و تطرقت إلى مفهوم الغريب وعلاقته بعلم الدلالة بعد تعريفه بنبيذة عامة، ثم انتقلت إلى مفهوم التطور الدلالي وعرضت الأسباب التي تؤدي إليه بإيجاز، و بعدها أبرزت أثر الفقه في تطور الدراسات اللغوية، فعرفت الفقه وبينت أثره في ظهور الدراسات اللغوية كالنحو مثلا و التي بنيت عليه.

و في الفصل الأول : وقفت على ألفاظ الشافعي و كيف تطورت دلاليا، فجاء هذا الفصل على أربعة مباحث تناولت في المبحث الأول : تعريف التأصيل في اللغة و الاصطلاح، و اخترت عدة الفاظ وردت عن الإمام الشافعي و قمت بتأصيلها، ثم أشرت في المبحث الثاني : إلى أسباب التطور الدلالي التي تؤدي إلى تغير دلالات الألفاظ مع مرور الزمن و أبرزت في ذلك عدة عوامل، و في المبحث الثالث درست مظاهر التطور الدلالي لأهم الألفاظ التي أوردها الأزهري عن الشافعي، و في المبحث الرابع : تطرقت إلى آثار التطور الدلالي، و قد ذكرت بعض الأمثلة لهذه الآثار من ألفاظ الشافعي و جاء الفصل الثاني في دراسة ألفاظ الإمام الشافعي في ضوء نظرية الحقول الدلالية، و كان هذا الفصل على مبحثين، حيث أظهرت في المبحث الأول : عدة حقول لألفاظ الشافعي فقمت بشرح ألفاظها و إظهار أصلها في اللغة عند العرب، و ذكرت أنواع العلاقات الدلالية التي ترد بين الحقول و في المبحث الثاني اخترت بعض الحقول و أقمت عليها دراسة تطبيقية وفق نظرية الحقول الدلالية، و بعد ذلك خاتمة كتبت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها في هذه الدراسة.

Strange Pronunciation words are considered scientific wealth that in our Arab heritage in various fields; for several reasons, the most important of which is the lack of use of some words, therefore, it is forgotten little by little with the time progress, leading to be indexed in the strange category.

Strange Pronounced words had been mentioned by authors of the most prominent in their writings, the most prominent of them is Imam Al-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him).

He excelled in both jurisprudence and language, and many of the strange words in his writings were mentioned.

Al-Azhari mentioned it in his book Al-Azhari in the strange words of Imam Al-Shafi'i.

This research investigate the indicative Issues mentioned in Al-Azhari book, based on a descriptive analytical study from the perspective of indicative science, and based on the books of strange words and books of semantics, to reveal the semantic wealth of Imam Al-Shafi'i.

This research consisted of preface, two chapters and a conclusion; in the preface I introduced Imam Al-Shafi'i, showed his scientific and literary status, and exposed his most important jurisprudence books.

Also introduced Al-Azhari who is credited for the collection of strange words of Al-Shafi'i and I addressed his lexical and linguistic efforts, so I came across his book (Al-Azhari in the strange words of Imam Al-Shafei), And his book (trimming in language) in abstracted form, and touched on the concept of strangeness and its relation to the science of significance after being defined by a general brief, Then I moved on to the concept of semantic evolution, and presented the reasons that lead to it in general, then highlighted the impact of jurisprudence in the development of language studies, I defined jurisprudence and showed its impact in the emergence of linguistic studies, for example the grammar which was built on it.

In the first chapter: I investigated the Al-Shafi'i words and how they evolved semantically, this chapter came up with four topics: in the first one I dealt with the definition of rooting in the language and terminology, and I chose several words received from Imam Al-Shafi'i and rooted them, Then I pointed out in the second section: the reasons for the semantic development that lead to change the meanings of words over time and highlighted several factors, In the third topic : I studied the manifestations of the semantic evolution of the most important words that Al-Azhari reported about Al-Shafi'i, In the fourth topic: I touched on the effects of semantic evolution, and I mentioned many examples of these effects of the Al-Shafi'i words.

The second chapter in the study of the words of Imam Al-Shafi'i in light of the semantic fields theory, this chapter was on two topics, where it was shown in the first topic: Several fields of the words Al-Shafi'i, I explained the words, show their origin in the language of the Arabs, and the types of relationships that appear between the semantic fields; in the second topic: I chose some fields and I set up an applied study according to the semantic fields theory, and then a conclusion in which I wrote the most important findings in this study.
