This paper addresses a security problem with excellence in terms of illegal immigration and the extent of its damage to the level of the international community in terms of human security.

Illegal migration is a security problem in which the political, social and economic dimensions are involved.

In our study, the impact of this phenomenon on the operating system in Algeria, considering that the latter is an active bridge for migrants and a major transit point for African migrants, and is considered a country that receives migrants and exports the phenomenon to the countries of the northern Mediterranean.

Where immigration and most of the literature of political and legal studies is the right of individuals to move from one place to another in the search for the basic elements of life and human rights and public freedoms, but in the economic aspect absent from the study the imbalance resulting from the volume of the flow of migrants from the South To the north, on the one hand, and the magnitude of the economic damage suffered by countries that are transit points due to a deficit in operating policies, which automatically affects the public policy of the State.Thus, our study will include two aspects of theoretical and conceptual aspects of the phenomenon and its dimensions, as well as the study of the case of Algeria, the extent of the damage caused by the phenomenon of illegal immigration and its faults in the local operating policy, in addition to monitoring mechanisms and recommendations that can enrich the study.
