الملخص EN

The development these last years of Public Private Partnership as shape of coordination of the state intervention and the offer of the public service in several developed and developing countries questions us in many respects.

This article aims in first time, to state various definitions of the concept of the PPP and factors having favored the increase in importance of these links public - private.

Secondly; we are going to try to present; in this contribution; the most common forms of PPP as well as some abstract contributions stemming from academic works relative to the management of these hybrid organizations.

Le développement ces dernières années des partenariats public-privé (PPP) comme forme de coordination de l’intervention de l’Etat et de l’offre du service public dans plusieurs pays développés et en voie de développement nous interpelle à plus d’un titre.

Cet article vise dans premier temps, à faire un état des différentes définitions du concept des PPP et des facteurs ayant favorisé la montée en puissance de ces rapprochements public-privé.

Dans un second temps ; nous allons essayer de présenter ; dans cette contribution ; les formes des PPP les plus courantes ainsi que quelques apports conceptuels issus de travaux académiques relatifs au management de ces organisations hybrides.
