After so many financial crises and collapses of the economic in the world, corporate governance appeared to play a role in maintaining the integrity of these economies and achieving sustainable development.

The researchers divided the research into three chapters; the first chapter discuss the concept and types and elements of disclosure, the second chapter discuses the scope of disclosure in both objective and personal, and the third chapter disturbs the disclosure both macro and micro.

In conclusion, the researchers find out that the Jordanian legislator to intervene to determine the nature of the disclosure and cancellation of the exclusive nature of the data to be available in the published reports, and must publish all data and information disclosed to serve the stakeholders in addition to many important recommendations relating to the Jordanian Securities Law No.
