The study aimed at revealing the usefulness of the method of submission and delay in the service of the meanings desired by Hamthani or wanted to deliver to the recipient through its premises, stems from the importance of the subject that the submission and delay shows the positions of beauty and eloquence in the text, as happens because the context requires this, because it does not respond arbitrarily in the composition of speech.

But for a rhetorical or grammatical purpose, since the submission may be binding, we appreciate the validity of the method in which the text was produced, and its consent to the situation of the interlocutor and we can through submission and delay to judge the text and evaluate it and put it in its proper place in term of other texts.

The study followed the applied descriptive approach, and I did not count all the texts in which submission and delay were submitted, for many, but I chose texts in which a kind of excellence, or repeated purposes, I took samples from them.
