The public health service is one of the most important indicators that shows the society’s level of development and growth, especially the emergency medical service, which is the facade of quality service, and through the emergency medical sections, appears the degree of a prevailing health culture among the individuals.

The public emergency medical service is associated with an important factor which is the existing social representations about this service within the society, and how does the Algerian individual view the emergency medical service? For the simple reason that, the nature of the ideas and social representations in which the Algerian individual grew up, determine the type of relationship within these sections, furthermore, it affects the provided service and the performance of the human resource in these sections.

The society, through both the social and local culture, as well as their nature, contributes in both type and quality of the provided emergency medical service.
