The researchers concluded the following conclusions: 0-The training curriculum in terms of the pulse used positive effect in the development of endurance and endurance (speed, carrying power) in the members of the research sample.

The following recommendations were made: 0-Adopting the curriculum designed by the researcher in the training and development of physical qualities under study.

5-The training can be adopted in two ways (time, pulse) in developing the maximum speed of your endurance (bearing speed, carrying power).
