Human capital is a very important concept in the development of modern economy.

The growth of enterprise or its remaining small depends on entrepreneur's adoption of a set conditions and skills to manage the growth of his enterprise and to be able to face the crises that hamper it.

The entrepreneur creates a small business and makes from it during a certain period a large and successful enterprise.

The formation based on the implantation of the motives that drive the entrepreneurs and encourage them to innovate and discover the causes for their creation new projects and their insistence on their development to large enterprises contributes to the economic development.

Especially in contemporary environment which is unexpected, hostile and risky and that is based on international competition has made many enterprises fail because of the inability of their owners to exploit the opportunities and confront threats.

Therefore, there appears the role of higher education in the labor market through the discovery and form of outstanding students and prepare them for the management of small and medium enterprises as creative entrepreneurs, with appropriate education and proper training depending on the entrepreneurial teaching and focus on the management of business growth in various specialties in order to develop and instill a corporate culture for new creative projects and developing them.
