The current study aims to develop a proposed perception to improve the professional and personal performance of the kindergarten teacher in the light of the kingdom’s directions for the vision of 2030 and to find in general the reality of personal and professional growth for the kindergarten teacher in the light of future skills in actions that came with the vision of 2030 and necessary to keep pace with the developments of the age and the use of the current research the descriptive analytical approach due to its suitability of nature The topic at hand, as this approach is based on showing the current facts related to the nature of the issue raised in the form of an interpretation and analysis of what is present) The study employed a set of tools from the scale of professional and personal development of the kindergarten teacher visualization of the planned plan RHA to develop the performance of the kindergarten teacher professionally The study resulted in a set of results, the most important of which are statistically significant differences between the averages of the grades of kindergarten teachers and those who are not scientifically qualified on the scale of professional and personal development in favor of scientifically qualified teachers (graduates of colleges of education: kindergarten, early childhood or two-year diploma in addition to the presence of significant differences Statistics between the averages of the grades of kindergarten teachers who have few years of experience and those with many years of experience in professional and personal growth in favor of the latter.
