Positioning of E-government within the tripartite electronic (Business , Management, Government), makes it an important tributary and a mainstay within the orientation towards the digital economy building mainly on knowledge and technology, which makes important and necessary to do a calendar effort electronic government by recognizing the advantages and disadvantages and the requirements for its application.

Findings of this study to essential result that the e-government project is a the fundamental change in the government's traditional image, which will make the decision-makers in the country face serious challenges that must be undertaken, and given the maximum care and attention for the purpose of activating the E-government effort and in terms of application and performance.
