نحاول في هذا المقال، أن نبين كيف تمت عملية الشراكة بين بعض الشركات الصناعية الغربية و بعض المؤسسات الاقتصادية العمومية الجزائرية.
و نقصد بالشراكة تلك التي قررتها السلطات العمومية مع بداية الألفية الثالثة.
كما سنسعى إلى رصد أهم الدروس التي يمكن أن نستخلصها من هذه التجربة.
في الجزء الأول، قمنا بتحديد أهم خصائص الاستراتيجيات التي انتهجها القادة الجدد لإنجاح تجربة الشراكة المعنية.
أما في الجزء الثاني، فقد حاولنا الوقوف على أهم ما ميز ردود فعل المجموعات المحلية، سواء كانوا إطارات أو عمالا أو نقابيين، تجاه تلك الاستراتيجيات و تلك التجربة في حد ذاتها.
و قد حاولنا، في الأخير، أن نستخلص أهم دروس تجربة الشراكة تلك باعتبارها محاولة أخرى من محاولات تحديث التسيير في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية و الاقتصاد الوطني بشكل عام.

This contribution attempts to give a brief account of the progress of the partnership initiated by the public authorities in Algeria, from the 2000s, in a few public companies with certain occidental industrial groups.
As a first step, we tried to identify the characteristic features of the strategies adopted by the new leaders representing these groups.
In the second one, we tried to identify the reactions of local actors: managers, workers and trade unionists working.
In a last step, we tried to draw the main lessons as to the progress of this partnership as an attempt of modernization of the management and the economy of the country as a whole.
الملخص FRE
Cette contribution tente de rendre compte de l’expérience du partenariat engagé par les pouvoirs publics en Algérie, à partir des années 2000, dans quelques entreprises publiques avec certains Groupes industriels occidentaux.
Dans la première partie, nous avons essayé de cerner les stratégies adoptées par les nouveaux dirigeants représentant ces Groupes.
Dans la seconde, nous avons tenté de cerner les réactions des acteurs locaux: cadres, travailleurs et syndicalistes, face à cette expérience.
En conclusion, nous avons essayé de tirer les principaux enseignements quant au déroulement de ce partenariat en tant que tentative de modernisation de la gestion et de l’économie du pays dans son ensemble.
