ولدت الحالة المتردية للتراث المبني في الجزائر أهمية بالحفاظ عليه من خلال تنفيذ سياسة إعادة التأهيل.
في هذا السياق، أطلقت مؤسسة المراقبة التقنية للشرق عملية خبرة تتعلق بأي مبنى يعود تاريخه إلى القرن التاسع عشر و العصور القديمة، مع إعطاء الأولوية للمركز الإقليمي للتربية البدنية و الرياضية في سيرايدي.
في عام 2002/2003، أجريت أول تجربة لتحسين البنية التحتية، و التي انتهت بالفشل.
مع بداية 2011، بدأت أعمال إعادة التأهيل مرة أخرى وتم بالفعل إصلاح بعض المباني.
و بالتالي، فإن هدفنا هو فحص عملية إعادة تأهيل هذا الإرث.
لأن بعض الأساليب الحالية تختصر في حلول الإصلاح الفني دون معرفة تفصيلية للمبنى و ظروفه ؟ لتحقيق هذا الهدف، نتبنى طريقة التحليل التشخيص الذي يسمح بمعلومات عن حالة المبنى و جدوى العملية.

In Algeria, the critical state of built heritage has prompted interest in safeguarding it through the implementing of a rehabilitation policy.
In this context, an expertise operation was launched by the CTC-Est concerning any building dating back to the 19th century and antiquity, although priority was given to the Regional Center for Physical and Sports Education (CREPS) in Séraidi .
In 2002/2003, a first experiment in requalifying the infrastructure was launched, which ended in failure.
From 2011, the rehabilitation works were relaunched and some blocks were already repaired.
So, our goal is to examine the operation to rehabilitate this heritage.
knowing that some current methods are reduced to technical repair solutions without detailed knowledge of the building and its circumstances? To achieve this objective, the preferred diagnostic analysis method to obtain information on the state of the building and the feasibility of the operation.

En Algérie, l'état critique du patrimoine bâti a suscité l'intérêt de le sauvegarder par la mise en place d'une politique de réhabilitation.
Dans ce contexte une opération d'expertise lancée par le CTC-Est, concerne toute bâtisse remontant au 19ème siècle et à l'antiquité, quoique, la priorité a été consacrée au Centre Régional d'Education Physique et Sportive (CREPS) de Séraidi.
En 2002/2003, était engagée une première expérience de requalification de l'infrastructure qui s'est soldée par un échec.
A partir de 2011, les travaux de réhabilitation se sont relancés et certains blocs étaient déjà réparés.
Ainsi, notre objectif est d'examiner l'opération de réhabilitation de ce legs.
Car certaines méthodes actuelles sont réduites aux solutions techniques de réparation sans connaissance détaillée du bâtiment et de ses circonstances? Pour atteindre cet objectif, la méthode d'analyse adoptée retient l'étude du diagnostic qui renseigne sur l'état du bâtiment et la faisabilité de l'opération.
