In this study, we propose to examine the multimodal value of the graphic novel used in the teaching of foreign languages.

To offer avenues likely to make the teaching / learning of young French more accessible, it is a question of highlighting the signs of language hybridization in this type of authentic multimodal supports, both in terms of visual, textual iconography or cultural.

The deductions reveal the consequent potential of multidimensional exploitation which aims to bridge the gap between the classroom environment and the real life of the learne

Nous proposons dans la présente étude d'examiner la valeur multimodale du roman graphique mis au service de la didactique des langues étrangères.

Pour offrir des pistes susceptibles de rendre l'enseignement/apprentissage du français jeune plus accessible, il est question de mettre en exergue les signes d'hybridation langagière dans ce type de supports multimodaux authentiques, tant sur le plan de l'iconographie visuelle, textuelle que culturelle.

Les déductions dévoilent le potentiel conséquent d'exploitation multidimensionnelle qui vise à combler le fossé entre l'environnement de la classe et la vie réelle des apprenants.
