The current study aimed at verifying the impact of the life stress on the level of psychosomatic Symptoms Spread for the Married Female Students at Umm Al Qura University in Makkah, and in order to fulfill the objects of the study, we have selected a random number of (65) female student, the psychosomatic symptoms scale was developed to suit the Saudi environment, and the use of Psychotropic scale of Al-Ghamdy (2014).

The results of the study outlined that the level of psychosomatic symptoms and life stress among the female students was in medium degree, and that there is a positive correlation relation between the psychosomatic symptoms and life stress.

The results of the study showed that the level of psychosomatic symptoms and life psychological stress among the students was medium, that there is a positive correlation between the symptoms of psychosomatic and life psychological stress, and that the dimensions of life psychological stress predicts (14%) of the psychosomatic symptoms, moreover, the results pointed out the difference in the psychosomatic symptoms and life psychological stress is due to the presence of a child in the life of female student, based on the results of the study, the study proposed several recommendations such as the necessity to pay attention to the married female students and what they are suffering from psychological stress and psychosomatic symptoms.
