تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة تقلبات أسعار النفط و انعكاساتها على السياسة النقدية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2017 و ذلك نظرا لتبعية اقتصادها لقطاع المحروقات بنسبة تفوق 97% و قد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن السياسة النقدية في الجزائر تتأثر بصفة كبيرة بتقلبات أسعار النفط في السوق النفطية حيث ارتبطت السياسة النقدية في الجزائر في تحديد اتجاهاتها و أهدافها بالإيرادات النفطية المتوقعة و بأسعار النفط.
حيث تتأثر أهداف السياسة النقدية في الجزائر بتطورات أسعار النفط إذ أن هناك علاقة طردية بين أسعار النفط و التضخم أما معدل النمو الاقتصادي فقد تأثر بدرجة أقل و بالنسبة لكل من معدل البطالة وميزان المدفوعات فقد تأثرا بصفة كبيرة بالتغيرات التي طرأت على أسعار النفط حيث تم إثبات وجود علاقة عكسية بين هذين المتغيرين و متغير سعر النفط

This study aims to shed the light on the phenomenon of oil price fluctuations and its reflections on the monetary policy in Algeria during the period of 2000 to 2017 , This is due to its economy's dependence on the petroleum sector by more than 97%.
The study concluded that monetary policy in Algeria is heavily influenced by the fluctuations of oil prices in the oil marketplace, in which it was related to the expected oil revenues and costs in its orientations and goals determination.
The monetary policy objectives in Algeria are influenced by the developments of oil prices since there is a direct relationship between oil prices and inflation; while the rate of economic growth has been less affected and both unemployment rate and the balance of payments have been largely affected by the changes in oil prices, in which it has been proved that there is an inverse relationship between these two variables and the exchange in oil prices
الملخص FRE
Cette étude vise a mettre en évidence sur le phénomène des fluctuations du prix du pétrole et ses implications pour la politique monétaire en Algérie pendant la période 2000-2017, et cela en raison de la dépendance de son économie vis-à-vis du secteur des hydrocarbures de plus de 97%, l'étude a conclu que la politique monétaire en Algérie est fortement affectée par les fluctuations des prix du pétrole sur le marche du pétrole, la politique monétaire en Algérie dans la détermination de ses tendances et objectifs associes aux recettes pétrolières attendues et les prix du pétrole.
Les objectifs de la politique monétaire en Algerie sont influencés par l'évolution des prix du pétrole, car il existe une relation directe entre les prix du pétrole et l'inflation, par contre le taux de croissance économique a été moins affecte, tandis que le taux de chômage et la balance des paiements ont étéconsidérablement affectes par les variations des prix du pétrole, ou la relation inverse entre ces deux variables et la variable du prix du pétrole a étéétablie.
