Intoduction: In fact, quality of life is a modern concept that attracts a great deal of concern in natural and human sciences such as ecology, health, psychiatry, economics, politics, geography, psychology, sociology, Education, management, and others Mental disability considers one of the most important problems psychologists as well as education and sociology scientists are concerned about, for being a complicated multipleaspect phenomenon, needing a hard effort from those in charge of socialization and rehabilitation of the mentally disabled Aims: Identify the quality of life level of the special education teacher.

Explore the relationship between of quality of life of the special education teacher and behavior problems in a sample of mild mentally disabled children.

Methods: The researcher used the relational descriptive method.

Sample: The study has been applied on (100) teachers and (60) children, aged (9- 12) years old this sample have mild mentally disability.

Tools: Quality of Life (QoL) Index.

(Prepared by the researcher), and Adaptive Behavior test.

Statistical MethodsZ Tukey Test.

Result: There are any difference between children average scores behavioral problems with mild mentally disability (evaluated by Adaptive behavior test) and their teachers with high sense of quality of life, and average scores behavioral problems of children with mild mentally disability (evaluated by Adaptive behavior test) and their teachers with low sense of quality of life, in favor of the children with mild mentally disability and their teachers with high sense of quality of life.
