The study aimed to identify the most common injuries among footballers in Hadhramout.

It also aimed at investigating the most common parts of the body that are usually injured, the reasons beyond these injuries, the places in which these injuries happened (training or competition) and the period of time during which the footballer did not play due to these injuries, the frequencies of these injuries, the type of medication the injured players have (surgical, medicine or physical therapy).The researcher used the descriptive survey method focusing on footballers from Hadhramaut as samples for his study.

It has been found that the most common injuries are rapture 36.10% followed by strains 17.15%.

The most common parts of the body which are vulnerable to injuries are the thigh 39.14 5 and knee 17.34%.

It has also been found that the most common reasons behind these injuries are the bad ground of the stadiums 22.54%, followed by lack of good warm up 16,32% and the most common places in which injuries happened are competitions 54.91%.

It has also been found that the most common periods during which the injured footballer did not play ranges from week to two weeks.

The most common medication the injured players received is medicine 55.04%.

The researcher recommended that the ground of the stadiums should be always maintained and recommended having stadiums with grounds covered with grass.
