Ever since the 1948 war, and the establishment of the State of Israel, the Palestinian Cause shocked the conscience of all Arabs.

Some Saudi novelists, writers, and poets have engaged in defense of legitimate rights of the Palestinians.

Touched by the political turmoil, they express through their writing their opinion against the oppression of Palestinians and their view on the occupation of Arab territories.

They are trying to shed light on this cause, to encourage readers to sympathize with the fate of refugees and to support the rights of Palestinians.

This research aims to analyze and compare the representation of the Palestinian crisis, through Saudi literature, primarily through the writing of six novelists who expressed their literary commitment in their short stories.

Dès le déclenchement de la guerre de 1948 et l'institution de l'État d'Israël, la cause palestinienne ébranle la conscience de tous les Arabes.

Certains nouvellistes, écrivains et poètes saoudiens se sont engagés dans la défense des droits légitimes des Palestiniens.

Touchés par l'agitation politique, ils soulignent leurs prises de position vis-à-vis de l'oppression du peuple palestinien, à travers leurs écrits et essaient d'exprimer leurs points de vue concernant l'occupation des territoires arabes.

Ils tentent de jeter la lumière sur cette affaire et d'inciter les lecteurs à sympathiser avec le destin des réfugiés et de soutenir les Palestiniens.

Cette recherche vise à analyser et comparer la représentation de la crise palestinienne, à travers la littérature saoudienne, notamment à travers l'écriture de six nouvellistes qui y ont exprimé leur engagement littéraire.
