The culture of human rights is one of the most important topics of concern to the Egyptian citizen now, especially as we live in regional and international conditions that call for action to consolidate, strengthen and promote the culture of human rights,The lawsuit has emerged to identify human rights issues after the revolutions witnessed by a group of Arab countries, including Egypt.

The basic principles of human rights represented the basic principles of the January 25 revolution: "Life, freedom and human dignity.",The films are an art that expresses the society.

Its themes are contemporary issues.

It offers dramatic treatments of the issues raised by the public opinion and led by the thought in society.

Therefore, the events and issues of the daily society are considered a fertile field for cinema.

To provide a realistic picture of people's lives and social relations, it instills the values and concepts associated with these influential relations in society.

The problem of the study is to answer the following question: What are the Egyptian cinemas in supporting the culture of human rights among university youth in Egypt after the revolution of 25 January? In order to answer the previous question, the study relied on the methodology of the media survey, The researcher applied the questionnaire to a " purposive sample " of university youth who watch movies to learn about the role of the film in their definition of human rights culture and to monitor their views on how to handle films, The study population is (Cairo University, Cinema Institute, AlAzhar University, American University), the number of population was (400).

The most important results :- 1.

The university youth showed great interest in the films' exposure to the details of the human rights issues and related events, This indicates their interest in the content of these films.

2 - The results of the study confirmed the vision of university youth and their confidence in the ability of cinema to present human rights issues.

3 - The results indicate that cinema has been able to deal with various issues freely in the introduction and expression, which made young people believe that it was able to communicate this amount of freedom through the content it offers.

The results of the realistic measure of content in films that include the presentation of human rights issues indicate that the highest level of awareness was high.

This is evidence of the ability of films to instill a human rights culture in the study sample who expressed their feeling that films can express and reflect What actually happens through its contents is great, 6- Through the results it became clear that there is a positive correlation between the degree of freedom of films in dealing with rights issues in their content and the degree of interest of university youth in the events and details of the film when watching it.
