Among the finest emotional experiences in Khalil Mutran's poems are those poems, pieces, and pluck which he collected under the title (The Story of Two Lovers), and our study shed light in its first part on the intellectual dimensions in this poetic group that was represented in photographing the meetings of lovers, and what is related to it, and drawing the beloved beauty, And highlight the features of suffering from permits of passion, and complain about the love and repulsion of the beloved, and the accusations of the infantry and their machinations, and the struggle of the separation and his passion in the life of the beloved, and then ruminate the memories and their complaints, and fulfill the love after her death.

In its other part, this study sheds light on the artistic dimensions in the poetry of “The Story of Two Lovers”, which was represented in poetic expression through the study of words, then methods, and its diversity between: news and creation, then its phenomena such as dialogue, repetition, employing heritage, wisdom, and then in the poetic image through Talking about the partial picture and the overall picture, then the musical rhythm came internally and externally to conclude these dimensions.

The study also revealed that Bishop succeeded in employing all the energies and capabilities of the language through his poetic talent, to embody that emotional experience in all its divisions, and that he expressed his affection in it the most sincere expression, and in which he presented his feelings with the clearest and most wonderful depiction.
