Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the effectiveness impact of the electronic registration system on the quality of service and its relationship to the level of satisfaction among students at Al-Balqa Applied University.

The study adopted the relational descriptive survey approach to its suitability for the purposes of the study.

The study sample was chosen in a random manner and the study consisted of (306) male and female students, the questionnaire was built for data collection.

The study found that the effectiveness of the electronic registration system at Al-Balqa Applied University - Amman University College for Financial and Administrative Sciences is of high-level, it was noted that student satisfaction with the electronic registration system and the quality of the service provided at Al-Balqa Applied University is high-level.

While Statistically at (0.

01) level between (the effectiveness of the electronic registration system) and (satisfaction of beneficiary students, quality of service and satisfaction of beneficiary students).

The results showed that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (0.

05 ≤α) of the effectiveness of the electronic registration system with its dimensions (the conviction of the beneficiary, the use of the system, the benefit of the system, the performance of the system) on the quality of service at Al-Balqa Applied University, and it was found that there is a significant correlation.

The study recommended the necessity of focusing on finding solutions to the problems facing students while carrying out electronic registration processes.
