Inspiring & mobilizing their human resources towards the semantics of sublimation.

The availability of spiritual energy at the leader represents one aspect of the motivational behavior of subordinates, as well as an essential aspect of the effectiveness of his leadership of these subordinates.

The present study contributes to the understanding and analysis of spiritual leadership from the perspective of business as a new entry point for change & development in the lives of different organizations, which is still limited and incomplete in organizational reality.
