Abstract EN

Technology has become a dominant force in all areas of life and has clearly influenced the individual and society.so, technological knowledge such as literacy and computer use must be developed through the interest of technological education programs in the kindergarten stage so that they can cope with life problems and solve them.

technology helps them to deal intelligently with technology.

the paper aims to: 1- statement of the most important institutions specialized in the cultural and technological preparation of kindergarten children.

2- explain the roles assigned to these institutions and the technological development of kindergarten.

3- activate the objectives of those institutions for the formation of the child's technological culture the importance of the paper: 1- raising the child's awareness of his innate potential, creating opportunities for him and preparing him to deal with the technological tools and the detection of individual talents within the educational institutions.

2- benefit from the child's tendency and play to simplify some of the technological concepts and the development of some technological skills through programs provided by children's educational institutions that will open the way for children to know the characteristics of the work of machines to accomplish the tasks.

3- raise the attention for those who's responsible for the programs of kindergarten children in the preparation of the objectives of educational institutions to meet the requirements of the technological culture of the child.

the paper has identified the following institutions (kindergarten, museum, family, children's club) to show their important role in the development of children's technological culture and how to activate this role.
