The aim of this study is to measure the impact of investment in human resources management practices on the organizational performance of the Skikda Oil Sector, from the point of view of employees.

In order to achieve the objective of the study, the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool.

65 questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS V 20 Program, and the mean and standard deviation, T-test and multiple regression analysis were analyzed in the results analysis and hypothesis test.

The results of the study showed that the companies under study are committed to apply human resources management practices (planning, selection, recruitment, motivation, performance evaluation and training) systematically and scientifically.

The results also showed a significant effect of human resources management practices on organizational performance from the point of view of frames at a level of significance of 0.
