The creativity strategies' role in developing the individual's skills within Algerian companyToday, creativity and innovation are the biggest hope for companies in general and human resources in a special way to solve lot of problems.

Nations' future does depend not only on their labor force, but it depends on the provision of skilled labor.

This can be done only by creating an innovative culture within organizations.

The creative individual is a real investment for enterprises; especially hat the world today is witnessing major development in creative techniques' field.

In addition, there is the efficient leadership's importance, to employ these methods and mechanisms to develop human resource skills, and our study highlights the most important of these strategies, and their role in creating a spirit of creativity and innovation within organizations.
