That changes globally put the University in a strategic location as a factor in sustainable development, Human capital investment in first class, and with awareness of that fact.

Many countries have become increasingly aware of the importance of this teaching not only its role in disseminating knowledge; but extends major and sensitive issues, and the requirement to build partnerships between universities and external environment, which represents a world embodiment of research, production of knowledge all branches and functions of the existing formations count the imperative of our time.

Universities have production skills to perform and conduct economic and social systems is strong and sustained, in order to contribute to the improvement of employability and investment projects of graduates all institutions of higher learning.
