يعتبر الرأس المال الفكري عاملا مهما من العوامل التي تعطي المنظمة القدرة على الاستمرارية في امتلاك القدرة التنافسية لذلك يسعى المهتمون بالمنظمة بشكل دائم إلى معرفة كيفية الوصول إليه و هذا الأخير يبني على المعرفة.
وعلي هذا الأساس فإن هذه الورقة البحثية تسعي إلي إبراز مفهوم و أهمية رأس المال الفكري ودوره في المنظمات و التعرف على مكوناته الأساسية الفكرية وكيفية قياسه.
وعليه فقد تطرقنا بنوع من التحليل إلي بعض المفاهيم المتعلقة بالرأس المال الفكري و مكوناته ثم إلي أهمية ودوره في المنظمة بما يمكن أن يساهم به في الرفع من تنافسية و استمرارية هذه الأخيرة.
كما تعرضنا كذلك إلي مفهوم و أهمية قياس رأس المال الفكري في المنظمة وفي الأخير التطرق إلي كيفية حساب رأس المال الفكري من خلال عرض لبعض النماذج الواردة في هذا الشأنن و ما ترتب عن ذلك من مشاكل في هذا الشأن
Abstract EN
Intellectual capital is seen as an indispensable factor for the organisation, as it gives it the opportunity to continue to have competitiveness.
For this purpose the interested parties of the organisation try to understand how to access it the intellectual capital which is based essentially on knowledge.
The purpose of this article is to highlight the concept of intellectual capital and its role in the organization, and to identify its components and how to measure it.
To carry out this work, we first reviewed the different concepts related to intellectual capital and its components and then we showed its importance and its role in the organization to improve the competitiveness and continuity of the latter.
We then discussed the concept of measurement of intangible capital and the importance of these measures.
Finally we finished our article with a presentation of the calculation method of this capital and the different models that measure it.

Le capital intellectuel est considéré comme un facteur indispensable à l'organisation, car il lui donne la possibilité de continuer à posséder la compétitivité.
Pour cela les intéressés de l'organisation essayent de comprendre comment y accéder au capital intellectuel qui se fonde essentiellement sur la connaissance.
Cet article a pour objectif de mettre en évidence le concept du capital intellectuel et son rôle dans l'organisation ainsi d'identifier ses composantes et comment le mesurer.
Pour la réalisation de ce travail nous avons revu dans un premier temps les différents concepts liés au capital intellectuel et ses composantes puis nous avons montré son importance et son rôle dans l'organisation afin d'améliorer la compétitivité et la continuité de ce dernier.
Nous avons abordé en suite le concept de mesure du capital immatériel et l'importance de ces mesures.
Enfin nous avons terminé notre article par une présentation de la méthode de calcule de ce capitale et les différents modèles qui le mesurent.
