Abstract EN
The study aimed to reveal the relationship between positive thinking and future orientation among high school students in Al Mandaq Governorate, and to achieve the goals of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive, associative approach, and the study community was represented in all secondary school students in Al Mandaq Governorate, whose number (853) was a student, and the study sample consisted of (127) A student was chosen by the stratified random method, and the study tools were represented in two scales: a scale for positive thinking prepared by Abdul Sattar (2008), and a measure for the future orientation by Rahma (2002), so that the validity and reliability of the scales were confirmed by the appropriate scientific statistical methods, as well.
The results were analyzed using a set of appropriate statistical methods, which are: mathematical averages, standard deviations, single variations, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression.
The study reached the following results: There is a positive correlation relationship with statistically significant between positive thinking and future orientation at (0.01) it reached (40.0) which is a positive relationship, and the degree of positive thinking was (0.66) and indicates positive trend with a high degree.
Towards the future (54, 3).
The degree is considered high for female high school students.
The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05-a) in the level of positive thinking attributable to the variables of the grade and income level, and the ence of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05-a) of the variables of the educational level of the mother and the father, as there were no p It is statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05a) in the level of orientation towards the future due to the variables of the classroom, income level, and the educational level of the mother and father, and what the study recommended in light of its findings: developing positive social skills in thinking and positive trends The female students at the secondary stage have about studying and working.
