Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the degree of the contribution of school leaders in promoting voluntary work through society, curriculum, and student activities.

To achieve the aims of the study, the survey descriptive approach was followed.

The study used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data.

The study community consisted of all secondary school teachers in the city of Riyadh, who numbered (9335) female teachers during the first semester of the academic year 1439/1440 AH.

The study sample consisted of a random sample of (368) female teachers.

The results have shown that the degree of school leaders' contribution to promoting volunteerism through society, curriculum and student activities (high).

The study recommended encouraging school administration through incentives of all kinds to increase interest in society so that it has a great role in progress, giving and change through volunteer work.

And the need to focus on the importance of the students 'role towards the country, develop patriotism, and participate in volunteer work.
