يتناول البحث تأثيرات معاملات الري علي خواص زيت دوار الشمس و نتج التالي: لموسم 2014، 2013 لنظامي ري بالتنقيط السطحي وتحت السطحي.

و شملت المعاملات صنفي دوار الشمس سخا 53 وجيزة 102.

و أظهرت النتائج لعام 2013 وجيزة 102، لنظامي الري بالتنقيط السطحي وتحت السطحي التالي: تراوح النتح بخر من٥٠ الى١٠٠ % و الناتج المحصولي من 518 الى 1055 كج/ فدان و نسبة الزيت من 30، 4الى 43، 4% .

وهناك نتائج مقابلة للموسم التالي للناتج المحصولي و نسب استخلاص الزيت لنظامي الري و صنفي دوار الشمس المختبريين.

و فى، فان معاملات الري لها تأثيرات كبيرة على انتاج الزيت و نوعيته.

Abstract EN

Effect of using different drip irrigation treatments on the properties' of extracted sunflower oil were investigated.

The following resulted for two seasons (2013 and 2014) for the Surface and Sub Surface Drip Irrigation treatments (SDI and SSDI).

Two sunflower varieties (Saka 53 and Giza102) were included in the treatments.

For: season (2013) and variety Giza102: Ir.

Systems, resp.

: SDI and SSDI ETo % , From 50 to 100 yield kg/fed: 512 to 1055 oil % 30.4 to 43.4% .

Corresponding results prevailed for the subsequent season for the yields and oil ratios by the two irrigation systems tested and sunflower varieties.

In conclusion, the irrigation treatments have shown great effects on the oil yield and quality.
