Abstract EN

The current research aims to develop a list of quality standards for the design of mobile e-learning environments to develop the skills of programming the educational web pages of secondary students.

The researchers used the analytical descriptive approach in presenting and extracting standards from the literature and studies related to the quality standards of e-learning environments as well as the studies and literature that dealt with the quality of environments E-learning.

The research tool was a binary (important - unimportant) questionnaire to explore the opinions of experts and specialists in the field of education technology and the development of educational websites to determine the extent of validity Criteria and indicators were linked to mobile e-learning environments and programming skills of educational web pages.

The research sample consisted of (15) referees.

After the statistical processing of the results, a list of quality criteria for designing e-learning environments was developed to develop the skills of programming the educational web pages for secondary students, (217) indicators and (22) criteria distributed in two areas: the educational field and the technical field of technology
