Abstract EN

Current search targeted supervisors and specialists of new research content analysis.

The study population consisted of supervisors and specialists in rehabilitative training session of the General Research (2015 m), which form a community statistically, as the number of research amounted to (398) in search.

And chose a researcher at random (168) in search of which it represents the proportion (42%) of the total research and study purposes use researcher content analysis of the research supervisors and specialists tool, and extracted virtual honesty submitting it to a group of specialists in psychological and educational science experts, but consistency has been used researcher two types of stability are: 1.

consistency between different analysts, 2.

stability over time, and to verify the aim of the research use researcher percentage, and the equation Holsta, has reached the following results: 1.

the psychology was ranked first in the educational supervisors and specialists research, it repeats (51) times out of (168), and repeat rate (30.35%).

The educational administration reached second place in the educational supervisors and specialists research, as was repeated (47) times out of (168), and repeat rate (27.97%).

3.

The Educational Supervision reached fourth place in the educational supervisors and specialists research, as repeated (22) times out of 168, and repeat rate (13.09%).

The kindergarten was ranked third in the supervisors and specialists Research, with repeats (42) times out (168) and repeat (25%).

The special education was ranked fifth in the supervisors and specialists Research, with repeats (6) times out (168) recurrence rate (3.57%)., And in the light of the search results researcher recommends the preparation of a training program for the development of competencies supervisors and specialists in scientific research, and it proposed Find a similar study for this research in the application of evaluation research and educational studies form.
