Abstract EN

This study aims at inquiring the Impact of teaching physics by creative problem solving and buzz groups'methods on the achievement and creative thinking of tenth grade students in Amman private schools.

The researchers used two tools: An achievement test and Torrance Test for Creative Thinking, which they have been assured.

The researchers used ANCOVA, and MANCOVA .The results indicated that there was a statistical significant difference between the study groups performance means on the achievement test and the creative thinking test, due to the teaching strategy (creative problem solving, buzz groups' method and the traditional method) in favor of the two experimental groups.

Moreover, there was a statistical significant difference between the study groups performance means on the creative thinking test, due to the teaching strategy (creative problem solving, buzz groups and traditional method) in favor of the two experimental groups.

Also there was no statistical significant difference between the study groups performance means on the achievement test, due to the teaching strategy (creative problem solving, buzz groups) and there was no statistical significant difference between the study groups performance means on the creative thinking test, due to the teaching strategy (creative problem solving, buzz groups).
